If there was one MAC collection I was eagerly waiting for, it was the Indian Lipsticks collection! Finally its here and the good news it is a part of the permanent collection! Thanks to the fact it was made permanent, I was in no hurry to buy any of these. But of course I did! 😛

Bring on the Blush: 4 Everyday Wear Cream Blushers

When I was so enthusiastic about publishing this post yesterday CRASH! my laptop slipped out of my hands and fell and the screen was damaged. *wails* I was so depressed that I just couldn’t concentrate on anything and so I settled down on the couch near the window with this month’s issue of Cosmopolitan and Good Housekeeping with a cup of hot chocolate (a cuppa hot chocolate on a rainy day is all you need to drown your sorrows and miseries!!). So finally this post found its way on the blog today. Apologies for the delay in posting this one!A cream blush is THE product you need to fake a glow! I have extremely dry skin (I’m sure you’ve heard this a zillion times! but I just cannot stop myself from mentioning it in each and every post :P) and the one product I need to give me that instant glow is a cream blusher (which gives me a reason to skip tedious skin care routines and diets which promise to make my skin glow! Baaah!)

I had always wished that I could be one of those of lucky girls who could get up early in the morning and look fresh! Even if I get my so called beauty sleep I always looked like a nightmare until I discovered cream blushers.

Here are four cream blushers I use on an everyday basis. These colors look great on all skin tones (except NYX  Natural maybe).

Swatch Attack: 7 Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadows

Finally the Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadows are available in India! 😀 But the good news is they are available in Chennai! 😀 In the past three days I would have probably visited more than half a dozen Health and Glow outlets here to check if these were available!! And when I had made up my mind that my attempt was futile, I decided to buy a few inglot refill lipsticks to bury my sorrow. 😛 And then when I decided to give a final shot to see if the eyeshadows were available in an H&G outlet in the same mall they were there!! Damn!

Swatch Attack!: Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Color Lipbalms

When the Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Color Lipbalms were launched in India I badly wanted to try it since I had already heard so much about it! But with a price tag of 1025 INR I had my own doubts whether I’ll get these this month (thanks to all the shopping I did this month!). So I went to the store to test it out and unfortunately the SA was so rude that I really didn’t want to have any conversation with her. So I quickly took the swatches and left.
What Clinique claims: Super-nourishing balm is loaded with mango and shea butters. Just what dry, delicate lips need to feel comfortably soft and smooth. Sixteen natural-looking lip tints in all, each with a subtle sheen.

Swatch Attack!: 8 N*de Lipsticks and a few tips on choosing the right one for you!

The search for a good bridegroom/bride is definitely way easier than finding the right n*de lipstick AND I’m not kidding 😛 !! Whenever I rejoiced over my purchase of a n*ude liptick my happiness never lasted!  I realize it is either too pink, too dark or it makes me pale. *sob* :'(
But finally i found the perfect one for me! (You can find out which one I’m talking about at the end of the post :P)
