Today I will be doing a very simple but glam eye makeup, inspired by latest flick of kareena. Following is a still from the movie “Heroine”
The emphasis here is on defining the eyes, rather than getting a smokey effect. The eyes have been kept very simple and minimalistic , with a bit of silver shadow close to the lashes, whereas soft brown has been used to define her socket area.
So lets start the tutorial…
I primed my lids using a concealer, and blended it all over the lid and under the eyes

After that I packed on some very light pink eye shadow which isn’t not very visible here. This is an optional step here

Then I packed on a very light silver eye shadow with a pearlescent finish. You can use a shimmery one too

Then I used some soft brown eyeshadow and gently patted it along the socket area. This will enhance the look without making it look smokey.

Optional – Then I used some gun-metal grey colored eyeshadow in the inner corner to add a gradient

Then I took a flat angled brush, and made a very thin flick just along the lashes, using a black eyeshadow. You can use a liquid or gel eyeliner to make a thin wing.

This is how it looks after tightlining the eyes, filling the water line with black kohl, and using mascara
