Return policy: I had placed an order for an orange sling bag (this was bought by me, not sponsored) and it was a defective piece. I had sent a mail with images to the customer care and I got an immediate response. The courier guy who had delivered it came and collected it. The refunding process is hassle-free. In fact they followed up regularly on whether I received the refund till it was actually credited to my account. Kudos to the customer care team for that!
What I bought: My craze for sling bags is increasing day by day and I want to hoard one in every shape, every color. I bought a black sling back with floral cut work on it.
