Sarees have always been a fascination since childhood.
Whenever I’ve seen my mom, grandmom adorn the beautiful 6 yards of fabric, it made me yearn to grow up and look just as beautiful as them in our Indian traditional outfit.

Speaking of sarees, the collection at sareez.com caught my eye as I went through the site for the purpose of reviewing. The collections were good in terms of variety and some really caught my eye.

All the outfits are sorted according to the category they fall under as well as by occasion,work, fabric, color and price, which I think is very convenient for online shoppers who have to choose from a wide range online and do not know where to begin.
The outfits available are listed out in an organized manner on the site with clear pictures.
The individual outfit detail page has all the necessary details like the description of the outfit (color, fabric, type of work done) and a few customization options as well. The page also has similar outfit options that you can choose from. This way it helps you navigate through various options easily.
Ordering, shipment and delivery:
Sareez.com provides free shipping across India. The saree I had recieved was packed in thick sheets and it came in a creased box which I feel is sufficient for clothing items.

Returns Policy:
What I really liked about the site apart from it’s distinct classification of products is the detailed shipping and returns policy. The site has a page dedicated to the returns policy and it states that no product should be returned without informing them. An email ID has been given for this purpose and this I feel makes the entire process hassle-free.
A few aspects I liked about the site:
- The size of the picture for each outfit with a zoom in option. Makes it a lot easier to understand how the saree or salwar we pick looks like.
- The detailed description of each outfit. The description also includes the time to deliver the outfit.
- The shipping and returns and handling policy. It is detailed and yet at the same time understandable. This is very important for a hassle-free online shopping experience.
- The selection of outfits – There is such a wide variety of outfits that suit every need and caters to every individual. I love that they’ve segregated their outfits by price, occasion and other factors which would help make a more defined choice.
They could improve in terms of variety in their accessories section but apart from that I really liked browsing through the site and being spoilt with innumerable choices and variety.
