While going through my blush collection recently, what struck me was that other than MAC and Kryolan I do not own more than 2 or 3 blushers from other brands. Kryolan’s blushers are really good in terms of pigmentation, texture, staying power and come in a whole lot of colors. And the best part is individual blushers cost 350 INR and a palette of 5 costs 1000 INR and can be customized as per your liking.
So here are swatches of 8 blushers and each one is unique in its own way.
F22 and R6 might look similar but F22 is more of a coral and R6 is more of a warm pink with a red undertone. Mandarin is more of a neon orange and Light Red is actually more on the bright coral side. TO is a really light pink that I usually mix with Lake for a softer plum shade.
I’ve reviewed 3 shades (Lake, R6 and Youth Red) on the blog and I’ll do individual reviews on the rest too. For now enjoy the swatches! 🙂
A few tips to keep in mind when you get a customized palette:
- Ensure that you have a shade meant for contouring. For me in this palette, Mocca is a shade that fits the bill perfectly.
- Choose a variety of colors. That will get you to experiment more with blush colors that you aren’t used to wearing and also you can mix shades as per your liking.
